Kit de ensayo de apoptosis de fosfatidilserina Cell Meter™ Fluorescencia rojo intenso optimizada para citometría de flujo

Nuestros kits de ensayo Cell Meter™ son un conjunto de herramientas para monitorear la viabilidad celular. Existe una variedad de parámetros que se pueden utilizar para monitorear la viabilidad celular.

Este kit en particular está diseñado para monitorear la apoptosis celular midiendo la translocación de fosfatidilserina (PS). En la apoptosis, la PS se transfiere a la valva externa de la membrana plasmática.

La aparición de fosfatidilserina en la superficie celular es un indicador universal de las etapas inicial/intermedia de la apoptosis celular y puede detectarse antes de que se puedan observar cambios morfológicos. Nuestro sensor PS patentado Apopxin™ utilizado en este kit es un sensor PS basado en moléculas pequeñas. Tiene fluorescencia roja al unirse a la membrana PS.

Este kit de ensayo en particular está optimizado para controlar la apoptosis celular utilizando un citómetro de flujo en el canal Cy5 (fluorescencia roja).

Detección de la actividad de unión a fosfatidilserina en células Jurkat. Las células Jurkat se trataron sin (azul) o con camptotecina 20 µM (rojo) en una incubadora a 37 °C y 5 % de CO2 durante 4 a 5 horas, y luego se cargaron con Apopxin™ Deep Red durante 30 minutos. La intensidad de fluorescencia de Apopxin™ Deep Red se midió con un citómetro de flujo FACSCalibur (Becton Dikinson) en el canal FL4.
