Descripción

La horseradish biotinilada (HRP) es una herramienta excelente para las detecciones biológicas con ELISA y otros ensayos acoplados a enzimas. La estreptavidina se une selectivamente a la biotina y la HRP conjugada proporciona actividad enzimática para la detección utilizando un sistema de sustrato de HRP adecuado a través del color, la fluorescencia o la luminiscencia.
