Calcein Red™ sal sódica

Calcein AM es una de las sondas fluorescentes más populares que se utilizan para marcar y monitorear las funciones celulares de células vivas.

Sin embargo, el color único de Calcein AM hace imposible utilizar este valioso reactivo en aplicaciones multicolores. Por ejemplo, es imposible utilizar Calcein AM en combinación de células transfactadas con GFP debido al mismo color que la GFP. Para abordar esta limitación de color de Calcein AM, hemos desarrollado Calcein Orange™, Calcein Red™ y Calcein Red™.

Estos nuevos análogos de Calcein AM permiten el etiquetado multicolor y el análisis funcional de células vivas en combinación con Calcein AM. Calcein Red™ AM no fluorescente puede penetrar fácilmente en las células vivas y se hidroliza para generar el tinte Calcein Red™ fuertemente fluorescente.

El tinte Calcein Red™ se puede controlar con el juego de filtros común TRITC/Cy3. AAT Bioquest también ofrece Calcein Red™ como tinte de referencia para Calcein Red™ AM.
