Calcein Deep Red.  Calcein AM es una de las sondas fluorescentes más populares que se utilizan para marcar y monitorear las funciones celulares de células vivas.


Calcein Deep Red™

Calcein AM es una de las sondas fluorescentes más populares que se utilizan para marcar y controlar las funciones celulares de células vivas.

Sin embargo, el color único de Calcein AM hace imposible utilizar este valioso reactivo en aplicaciones multicolores. Por ejemplo, es imposible utilizar Calcein AM en células transfactadas con GFP debido al mismo color que GFP. Para abordar esta limitación de color de Calcein AM, hemos desarrollado Calcein Orange™, Calcein Red™ y Calcein Deep Red™.

Estos nuevos análogos de Calcein AM permiten el etiquetado multicolor y el análisis funcional de células vivas en combinación con Calcein AM. Calcein Deep Red™ es el producto hidrolizado con esterasa del acetato de Calcein Deep Red™ en las células.

El tinte Calcein Deep Red™ se puede controlar con el juego de filtros Cy5 común. Se utiliza como estándar de referencia de fluorescencia para el acetato de Calcein Deep Red™.
